Minimalism: Growing Big By Starting Small
Coming soon --The formula for ending poverty has been known for thousands of years: learn how to acquire and monetize high-demand skills, spend less than you make so you can save, use the savings to buy things that make you more money to get your money working for you so you don't have to work so hard for your money. This course shows you how to embrace minimalism to minimize spending, start saving, and set up a basic financial structure to pay off debt, use credit correctly, and get your savings working for you.
Quantitative Minimalism
Coming soon --Minimalism is great for spending less than you make, but the fact is you can't save your way to prosperity. To really accelerate out of poverty, you need to learn to create additional income streams. This course starts with teaching you how to calculate just how much money you'll need to maintain your current living expenses without working and moves on to basic analysis of the startup costs versus benefits of everything from taking a second job, to a quantitative approach to picking the right college major, to various self-directed learning strategies and entrepreneurial ventures.
Expectancy Investing
Coming Soon --Ever hear of the house advantage in Las Vegas? It's not some cheat casinos use to get your money at the gaming tables. It's actually based on probability and built into the rules of every game of chance. The expectancy is always negative for the player and positive for the house in nearly every game in a casino(blackjack being the well-known exception). It is why the longer you play, the more certain you are to lose. Expectancy also applies to that other great gambling pastime: the markets. This course looks at ways to apply expectancy to investing and trading to give yourself an edge from time to time--maybe.
The 4%(or Less) Solution
Coming Soon --Most people think minimalism condemns you to a life of permanent Spartan frugality. Nothing could be further from the truth. The key is knowing what's important to you, what adds the greatest value to your life. Once you have enough money to cover those things, you'll be amazed what it doesn't bother you to do without. But that doesn't mean you need to stop there. This course looks at how to apply Maslow's hierarchy of needs and a little thing called the 4% rule to your life and personal finances and simple strategies for living the 4% life(which can actually be a 3.5% or 3% life if you want) and live it large.

All of this is made possible, even with very little starting income, if you're willing to learn Van Life. This course shows you how to design and build your perfect mobile starter home and use it as a base to build wealth.
